4 cups chopped seedless watermelon
1 bottle Champagne or Prosecco
basil for garnish
1. Add the watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the watermelon juice into champagne flutes, filling halfway (or more or less). Top the rest off with Prosecco, garnish with basil leaf and cheers!
