Pan Roasted Apple Pie Apples
Make a big batch of these. They’re great with Greek yogurt, inside crepes, over waffles, warmed and topped with vanilla ice cream – wherever you enjoy cinnamon apples.
3 small apples, peeled and diced
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cup brown sugar in the raw
1 tsp canola oil
1. Heat 1 tsp canola oil in a large pan.
2. When the pan is hot, drop the apples in and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the cinnamon and brown sugar to the apples, and continue cooking until the apples are lightly browned and soft.
