I am a much bigger fan of making my own black bean burgers, but sometimes I am pressed for time. My solution: MorningStar Farms Chipotle Black Bean Burgers. They are extremely flavorful and have a serious kick. Here's lunch you can put together in just 5 minutes!
1 whole wheat pita bread (or a whole wheat wrap)
1 Morning Star Chipotle Black Bean Burger
2-3 slices of avocado
red/yellow/orange bell pepper, sliced thin
1. Heat the burger according to package instructions.
2. Prep all veggies - you can add tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, or any others you like.
3. Cut the pita in half, and warm it in the microwave or toaster. Stuff and enjoy!
