It's like I rediscovered Greek yogurt all over again, and I'm finding endless ways to enjoy it. A secret to staying on track is keeping it interesting, and by that, I mean playing with flavors and presentation. There's no reason why I can't enjoy my breakfast or snack in a martini glass. Ready in: 5 minutes
1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon agave syrup
1 teaspoon lime zest, divided
1/2 cup diced mango*
1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, agave, and lime zest until smooth. Reserve a pinch of lime zest for garnish.
2. Add half of the yogurt to your glass. Top with half of the mango, the remainder of the yogurt, and the remainder of the mango. Garnish with lime zest to serve.
*You can substitute mango for your favorite fruit - strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, etc.
