Apple Cinnamon Yo-To-Go
I much prefer to sweeten my own yogurt versus buying the fruit-flavored (and sugar-loaded!) variety. I call this yo-to-go because I usually whip this up at home and enjoy it as a snack at work. It also tastes better after the flavors hang out.

Serves:  1-2
Ready in: 5 minutes

You'll Need:
8oz plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon agave
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 small apple, diced
1 tablespoon raisins

Here's How:
1. Add the yogurt, agave and cinnamon to a bowl and mix well.
2. Stir in the apple and raisins.

Also try my Mango Parfait!

Oh my!!! I also whip up my own Greek yogurt too...
8oz plain Greek yogurt
1tsp agave
Variety of fruit whatever is on sale at Sprouts
1/2 banana, with either strawberries,blueberries
Or just a fuji or Braeburn apple
I also don't like the flavor yogurt, like to sweeten up myself.

Thank you for all the wonderful recipes. I keep finding more and more to try. You have now earned your own file with your great ideas!

One little bit of info on this recipe. I've done some research on agave. It was my go-to "natural" sweetener. Not only is it not actually a natural sweetener, it isn't any better for you than high-fructose corn syrup. If you want to do a little reading to see more about agave, read here:

Thanks again! I really appreciate the work you put into your posts!

Suggestion: you should have a "print" option for your recipes that is page and ink friendly. I might be missing the option somewhere on your page but i have to keep copy/pasting on to a word document to avoid wasting ink. :( New to your site, looks like you have a lot of yummy recipes!! :)
