1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons agave nectar

Here's How:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any outer leaves that are browning. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, lengthwise.
3. Lay the Brussels sprouts on a baking dish and brush lightly with the canola oil. Season with freshly ground pepper and red pepper flakes.
4. Roast the Brussel sprouts for 25 minutes, or until they are fork tender. Remove them from the oven, and drizzle over with the soy sauce and agave. Roast another 15 minutes, until the sprouts are golden and crispy. Serve.
