Popeye's Perfect Eggs
You know how important breakfast is, so make it count. Make it delicious, and make it easy! Pair this with a slice (or two) of whole grain toast and you're good to go!

You'll Need:
1 whole egg + 2 egg whites
1 cup baby spinach, stems removed
1 tbsp feta cheese
2 tsp olive oil
salt + pepper

Here's How:
1. Preheat the olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add the spinach, and cook until it wilts, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Meanwhile, whisk the egg + egg whites.
2. Bring the heat down to low, and add the eggs. Season with salt + pepper. Use a spatula to stir the eggs until light and fluffy. Add in the feta cheese, and serve.
