Honey Roasted Veggies
Whatever your favorite may be, here's an interesting twist.
1 lb broccoli (or cauliflower, green beens, asparagus, carrots, etc)
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the broccoli on a baking sheet that's been lined with foil or parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl combine the honey and mustard until smooth. (If you want some heat, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.)
3. Drizzle the honey mustard and olive oil over the broccoli, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
